Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our US fulfillment center. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Flat rate
Free Shipping: On all orders over $129

International Shipping

We ship to 220+ countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination:

Canada: 5-10 business days
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
Europe (EU): 5-12 business days (shipped from our EU warehouse in the Netherlands)
Mexico: 7-14 business days
Rest of world: 10-21 business days

International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority.

Subscription Orders

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on your billing cycle. Same shipping speeds and free shipping threshold apply. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with each renewal.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, email hello@cupresse.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@cupresse.com with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly — either a replacement or full refund.
