To Request a Refund
Email us at hello@cupresse.com with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the product is damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties, no fees. Changes take effect before your next billing cycle. Just email hello@cupresse.com or manage your subscription through your account portal.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your current order for a refund and place a new order.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return (or approve a refund for used products), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
