How It Works

90-day window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
Used or unused: We want you to actually try the product. You can return it even if you've used it.
Full refund: We'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.
No questions asked: We trust your judgment. If it didn't work for you, that's all we need to know.

To Request a Refund

Email us at hello@cupresse.com with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the product is damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties, no fees. Changes take effect before your next billing cycle. Just email hello@cupresse.com or manage your subscription through your account portal.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your current order for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return (or approve a refund for used products), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
